EPIC ES-K70 — Digital Door Lock

ES-K70 keypad lock

The ES-K70 is a digital door lock from EPIC that supports three credential types: PIN number, RFID card, and a mechanical key override.

Features​

  • PIN Number — 4 to 12 digits
  • RFID Card — up to 100 cards
  • Mechanical Key — physical override
  • Dual Lock — privacy mode from inside
  • 9 V Emergency Power — jump-start via external battery (sold separately)

Default PIN Number​

The default PIN is [1, 2, 3, 4].

Change it before first use. Avoid consecutive or repetitive numbers (e.g. 1111, 1234, 2468) — they are easier to guess and shoulder-surf.

Important: Installer Required​

What you'll need​

  • 8 × LR6 (AA) alkaline batteries for normal operation
  • 1 × 9 V alkaline battery (sold separately) for emergency power
  • A small Phillips screwdriver (for the inner-body battery cover)
